Spacious holiday home on a traditional farmstead, only 200 meters from the fjord shore! The once built in 1920, attractive wooden house with rustic grass roof was extensively renovated in 2008. Today it presents itself as a comfortably furnished holiday accommodation. It is located on the peninsula Frostahalvøya at Trondheimsfjord. In the restoration of the house much emphasis was placed on the preservation of old wood planks and other details to preserve the original charm of the house. Bathrooms and kitchen correspond to today's standard. For relaxation there are also sauna and whirlpool in the house. The sauna can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition, extra guest toilet available. The underfloor heating in the entire ground floor ensures a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year. The house has two living areas, one on each floor and both equipped with woodburning stove. In addition, 3 bedrooms, two with single beds which can possibly be used as a DB.
