Today, developed using "permaculture" principles and according to certain "geobiology" principles (you will discover menhirs & dolmens!), this vast 100% natural 13-hectare property nestled in the countryside on a former small agricultural estate (composed of woods & meadows where you can admire the wildlife) houses two ponds (with koi carp & coypus), an unusual bamboo forest, a large fruit orchard (including more than 60 species!), an aromatic garden, several relaxation & rest areas, an intimate shaded play area for children (trampoline, swing & slide), a natural pétanque court (courtyard side), a ping-pong table and welcomes peaceful animals in the spirit of a "micro-farm" (donkeys and a large henhouse with chickens & ducks).
