The Great Room — The heart of the home is an open-concept living space anchored by a two-story stone fireplace and framed by large windows overlooking the mountains and forest beyond. Powered skylights bring in natural light during the day and can be opened to let in a fresh mountain breeze as the seasons change. Leather seating invites guests to gather for morning coffee or movie nights, while soft lighting and warm wood textures create a sense of calm at any hour. The space flows easily into the kitchen and dining areas, keeping everyone connected whether cooking, playing games, or unwinding after a day on the trails.

The Kitchen and Dining Area — The kitchen is fully equipped for both everyday meals and special gatherings. Stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a wide range of cookware make it easy to prepare everything from hearty breakfasts to relaxed dinners. Guests will also find a thoughtful selection of small appliances, including a blender, crockpot, toaster, and electric kettle. 🐕 Pet Policy -- Due to allergies and the setup of the property, pets are not permitted at The Trillium Cabin. Guests looking for pet-friendly options can find several of our other cabins nearby that welcome dogs.

💻 Workspace Options -- Guests who need to stay connected will find a convenient workstation in the lower-level bedroom, designed to make remote work comfortable and quiet. High-speed internet easily supports video calls and streaming without interruption.

🚼 Family-Friendly Amenities -- Families will find everything needed for an easy stay, including a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s tableware.

🚗 Vehicle Access and Parking -- The property is accessed by paved and well-maintained gravel roads. Most vehicles (2WD) handle access easily throughout the year; however, AWD or 4WD is recommended—and sometimes required—between December and February.

🧯 Safety and Cleanliness -- All linens and bedding are freshly laundered between guests. The cabin includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and is maintained by a professional cleaning team.

🦌 Wildlife and Surroundings -- Deer, rabbits, foxes, and other local wildlife are often seen nearby. While the cabin is carefully maintained, being surrounded by nature means the occasional insect or critter may appear—simply let us know if anything seems out of the ordinary.

🏡 Property Care and Updates -- We make regular improvements to ensure a comfortable experience. Furniture or décor may vary slightly from photos as we continue to enhance the space. During your stay, our landscaping or hot tub care team may visit and we give advance notice if this is planned during your stay; they do not require interior access.

Noise & Music — County regulations prohibit outdoor music after 9 PM, regardless of volume. Please be respectful of neighbors at all hours and keep outdoor noise, music, and other disturbances to a minimum.

Extra Guests — No additional guests are permitted beyond those listed in your reservation unless approved in advance.

Smoking — Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking (including odors) will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Fires & Prohibited Activities — Wood-burning fires are not permitted indoors or outdoors. Fireworks, ATVs, shooting, and hunting are not allowed.

Smart Home Technology — The cabin is equipped with WiFi, Ring security cameras, and a Minut sound monitor for comfort and security. Guests may not disconnect or tamper with these devices. Unauthorized interference may result in cancellation of your stay.
