Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had left it alone in the room.

Whilst the lobby, dining area looks lovely other areas of the hotel are dated. Especially the family room we stayed in. Old fixtures and fittings, beds that moved when you moved. It needed a total update. Toilet didn't flush properly, extractor fan didn't turn off - hummed all night. Bath panel broken and of the two windows that opened one didn't have a safety catch. I don't like to leave as such reviews but the price we paid doesn't justify the room On the plus side the breakfast set up was brilliant.
