1980's hotel with dirt covered stair and corridor carpets. Coloured 40+ year old bathroom suite! In fairness room was perfectly clean and bed comfortable and night porter friendly and efficient. Be aware that they promote the leisure facilities online as all being included and once you book your non refundable booking send a welcome email that does not welcome but says they now charge for the pool etc!! Totally ignore all communication! I will not be returning, far better options in area.

Room dirty carpet heavily stained. Toilet seat had 50cm crack in it. Ceiling mounted lights hanging from ceiling. Curtains could not be closed curtain track or hooks broken. There was an overall musty and dusty smell in the room we don't think this room had been used for a long time and should definitely not have been allocated to us on the 27/12/25. My husband and I both suffered from blocked noses and sneezing constantly. We were moved to another room on our third night but by this time the damage had been done and we didn't enjoy our stay at all. Lastly we will definitely not be booking into any Best Western Hotel in future.

Curtain hanging off the rail in room. Looks like 3 rd world country Poor room servicing Receptionist Alexandra was lovely. V welcoming but obviously run ragged Restaurant hierarchy sniffy when we asked for coffee post 10 pm but waitress was nice & delivered to us. In my overall opinion ? Poor management & min wage staff left to run this place with little support. Just an observation but v common ! However good value & will return. You asked my opinion & gave it.
