There is absolutely no attention to detail at this hotel. The TV did not work in our room. The maintenance person came to try to fix it several times and did not fix it. They said they would move us to a different room and they never did. Upon check-in we came to our room and it was not the same room that Expedia booked us in, and they told us several times that since we booked through a third-party, there was nothing that they could do to change our room to accommodate our family. This hotel is not properly managed or run well whatsoever. Expedia did not help the situation at all. We went down to breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast goes until 930 and there was literally nothing available. There were a few jars of jam that everybody can stick their individual knives and spoons in, and literally nothing else to choose from. That is not Expedia‘s fault, but you should know about it.
We tried to change the date of our reservation and were not able to, which was not a huge problem. The huge problem that is a concern is you have to wait 24 to 72 hours to hear about any changes, so it is absolutely impossible to make any changes if you do not choose a refundable room. We know that this was our problem, but we figured it would be worth a chance asking, and it is not.
This has been the worst experience with Expedia. We will choose to book outside of Expedia from here on out, and we will never stay at an AC hotel ever again.
