This house has black mould all in the 3rd floor bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling around the light fixtures and the air conditioning vents meaning it's in the duct system, the house is literally toxic to stay in,i reported all this within minutes of checking in to the management they sent someone out the next day after multiple messages and calls with the promise that if it was mould they would move us, well the maintenance man said its mould and spray painted over it and told me to wait for management to call me back, ok 3 days later no calls or messages from anyone and I checked out early, truly terrible management company and condition of the house was shocking for the price, never again.

We enjoyed our stay, but we were expecting a little more.
I was a little worried when we pulled in the driveway and the grass hadn’t been cut. Then, as we walked through the house for the first time, we realized the pictures of the house hadn’t been updated in awhile. The walls are a different color and some of the furniture is different. One of the chairs on the top deck was broken when we got there. The master bath was missing a shower curtain liner and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. The refrigerator, at times, makes a loud noise. We thought we would be able to get to the sound, by walking the boardwalk right behind the house, to fish and paddle board. But we quickly realized that wasn’t going to happen. Someone called and left a message about the refrigerator noise. I tried to call them back twice, but no one answered or returned my call. We enjoyed our stay, but we were expecting a little more.

Blessed week in OBX
the property is beautiful, exactly what is listed. The views every day and night are amazing. We enjoyed being on the sound, the adventurous walk to the sound water had our kids excited everyday. We did have rentals of beach equipment delivered which was added surprise and such a convenience. The kayak was fun and the boogie boards got added use up at jockey ridge sand dune sledding. The puzzles and games was nice also. Overall a phenomenal experience here and look forward to booking it again. Fam of 5!
