A shared boardwalk leads to the sandy soundfront beach and a convenient launch with gear storage. Swim, fish, kayak, windsurf, or relax by the water; the ocean is also just a short walk away. After a day of adventure, soak in the new six-person hot tub, fire up the charcoal or gas grill, or kick back on the wraparound decks to watch the sunset. Traveling with your four-legged family members? The fenced-in yard gives your pups plenty of room to enjoy vacation, too!

The first level features two bedrooms with pyramid bunk beds that share a full bath, along with a game room equipped with foosball, a Smart TV, movies, games, and a full-size refrigerator. Upstairs, the second level offers four additional bedrooms, including a king master suite with a private bath and three queen bedrooms, plus a full hall bath. The top level features another king master suite, providing a peaceful retreat with a private bath.

On the top floor, the inviting great room boasts vaulted ceilings and beautiful water views, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. Enjoy movie night on the Smart TV, prepare favorite vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen with wet bar, or share stories around the large dining table. When the views call, step onto one of the two levels of wraparound decks for sweeping panoramas of the sound and ocean, with front-row seats to brilliant island sunsets.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
