Mount Royal Condos are a great location not too far off Main Street in Frisco and come with some great amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. Unit 501 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath on 2 floors so you have plenty of room to spread out. There is a King bed in the master, Captain's Bunk (Twin over Full) in the second bedroom, Full sized sofa sleeper in the living area and an additional Queen sized futon in the family room downstairs. This property comes with a full kitchen, Wifi, private laundry facilities and a nice deck off the living room. Layout of the unit was a bit awkward on entrance level. Kitchen, living area and bedrooms are all upstairs so be prepared to carry luggage, coolers etc up a flight of stairs. Engineered wood floors throughout unit were slippery for our dog but it was nice to have a fenced in area outside. We all enjoyed the deck off the living room. It has a wonderful view and a great table set you can use. Supplies in the kitchen were limited as kitchen is very small which made it a bit difficult to cook. So go out and eat at all the great restaurants. Unit was clean but had an odd smell. All in all we enjoyed our trip to the mountains.

Location, access, parking… etc were great. Bedrooms could have used a little better air circulation. A ceiling fan in each room would have been great. Every room was very clean and neat. The staff @ BigHorn rentals was amazing. Their response was wicked fast & spot on. Would stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We had a great stay at this well laid out condo in Frisco. Easy walk both into town and to a great playground at a nearby elementary school. Easy check in nearby, well supplied kitchen and super comfortable beds. We’d definitely stay again!

Fabulous Location

Our family (including our dog) had a great stay while skiing at multiple Summit County slopes. Fabulous location with easy access to skiing and walking distance to Main St Frisco. Everything we needed and extremely friendly customer service!

Great condo!

Great location for a fun week of skiing with the family. We skied at Breckenridge, Vail, and Keystone. Condo was nicely equipped for bringing our dog with a fenced yard, 2 large dog beds, and a medium sized crate. Easy walk to town for dinner!

This is our second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is walking distance to town as well as the trails. Great place for our dog with the fenced in yard and balcony. We also loved having access to the two car garage.
