Located on Frisco's quiet oceanfront, Breakers is close to 4-wheel-drive beach access. The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, a carport, and super-easy ocean access. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry area. One bedroom is a master with a TV and DVD player. The second-story great room has a half bath, a tall cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of the beach. Breakers has an excellent kitchen boasting a long breakfast bar and a nearby dining area. Comfortable furniture and a TV will keep Frisco vacationers entertained and happy after dark. A wide, south-facing sun deck with furniture is Breakers's greatest attraction. If you want to see the beach close up, ask for Breakers!

Cozy, oceanfront home. First level is bedrooms and second level is living area/kitchen and the view. :-) Very well appointed kitchen. They even had all the things we needed to bake a birthday cake. We would definitely return.

Location, location, location

While this property isn’t brand new, it’s perfect for a family. Open area with amazing views and deck on top floor and bedrooms on the lower floor. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning and wine at night overlooking the ocean on their expansive deck.

Great family place

Overall we had a nice experience, we loved the layout, especially the upstairs. It was very comfortable and led to a lof of togetherness.We loved the ocean view and the location. However, there were some things that were a bit less than satisfactory. The property's keyless entry was difficult to use, the knob was lose and the building had a strong musty smell upon arrival. Once we opened the doors it was much better. There were still loose boards and even though we thought the bunk beds were made once my kids pulled back the comforter at bed time we dealized the didnt have sheets. The walk to the beach was okay, but definitely a challenge for my 2 year old.Overall a nice place and we'd probably stay there again.

Broken water heater… still no refund

The property was outstanding, beautiful views, excellent location, clean, well stocked… was able to have a beautiful 2 (out of 5) Thanksgiving vacation here. Despite the property being great, upon arrival the water heater was broken. Knowing it was the eve of thanksgiving and going into thanksgiving, getting service would be difficult. The representative parked with us but told us time and time again it would be serviced, never to be serviced. Finally decided to move us to another property. Also beautiful. Also promised a 50% refund on our stay. We have not had our refund honored or heard from anyone regarding the process to make this right. No one to contact, no numbers?

GREAT beach location!

We LOVED the location of this house ON THE BEACH and in a quiet neighborhood! There's the sound of the waves crashing and it's just a short, steep climb over the dunes to the uncrowded beach. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking. There are lots of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. There is a closet full of games and puzzles, plus a shelf full of books. Really, the only issue we had was getting into the house. The electric deadbolt is finicky. While Vacasa was quick to answer our phone call, the information we were given wasn't helpful in getting the door open. In fact, one thing we were told to try was a special code that indicated that the batteries needed to be replaced. After waiting over an hour, a nice maintenance man showed up to help us 'unstick' the door. I would suggest an extra security lock on the main door (like hotels have). Except for one window, the bedrooms were equipped with room darkening roller shades, which is nice on vacation. There are some minor maintenance issues that need attention. The ice maker needs to be fixed. There's a sign indicating it's broken and some ice trays in the freezer. Who wants to spend their vacation refilling ice trays every day? Where the carpet meets the laminate upstairs, the tack strip is exposed and hurts feet. Porch furniture could be updated for more comfort. The one rocking seat was nice. Overall, a great house in a wonderful location with beautiful views. Open the kitchen window and a porch door, and there's a great cross breeze. If you want to feel like you live at the beach since you can go back and forth between the house and beach at leisure without having to drive, this is a great option!

Impeccably clean beachfront house

This house was amazingly clean, you could eat off the floors. The location directly on the beach was fantastic. The location on the beach was peaceful and private. The view of the ocean was unobstructed. We saw as many as 20 dolphin passing at one time. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. There are plenty of board games, and books for family use. The online description is very accurate. W highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again.

Nice place, great location

Really like the house, amazing views. My only issue was the property management company said there was not a grill (specifically asked) so we brought one. There is a charcoal grill available. So for future renters- there is a campground style charcoal grill right at the base of the stairs.

Plenty of room

Six adults had plenty of room... bathrooms were adequate. Not too many stairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Linen and towels were a plus.
