Beds are smaller than expected and extremely firmKitchen could use a few updated purchases, pans, standard coffee maker - the one on site currently is missing top for the filter. There are also ants coming out of outlet above toasterDeck board on stairs that lead to porch are looseThe outside table only has one usable chair all others are broken and the grill is falling apart Need directions for TVs and remotes, as they each have several And I know I read the pool is not close, but it is 21 minutes away driving, so may just want to remove that from the listing as a perkLocation is great to the beach, which was perfect and is convenient to store and restaurants

Perfect location!

This was the first time my daughters have been to the Hatteras portion of the outdoor banks. We all loved the quiet, “local” vibe of the area, plus we were a four minute walk from the beach! The house was immaculate, well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of towels and beach equipment. Our only concern/complaint was the hard as a rock mattress in each bedroom. My 14YO joked that it was really just two box springs on top of each other. It was bad enough that I did let Vacasa know of the issue. I suggested that the owners invest in pillow tops for the beds, as this is considerably cheaper than new mattresses. As much as I loved the house, I probably wouldn’t stay an entire week due to the uncomfortable sleeping situation.

Nice and quiet home

The home was very nice, we stayed off-season so it was very peaceful and quiet. Evwrything was perfect for our stay. I would highly reccomend this home even during peak season the location would be perfect for going to the beach or going out sight-seeing
