The house itself is beautiful. The property needs to be maintained as the grass was very high, and had garbage over the balcony. The couch and chairs had food in them and had ants that were biting ups. Had to vacuum under and around and in all the furniture as was not cleaned. The walls have dirt , food and water stains in numerous rooms. I truly am not being picky. I understand that things are not perfect but paid extra for early entrance and thought it would be cleaned still.we have rented numerous places and have had no problems but this was frustrating as we asked for things to be addressed and it was still only partially addressed. Very frustrating. Love this area and the people.
