The house was very nice little tight but comfortable. Door code was wrong and maintenance had to come let us in. The weather promise refund was a scam. We arrived at the start of a severe noreaster storm that had hwy 12 shut down. It literally rained for 36 hrs with maybe a couple of hour break and on one day qualified but the 2nd day rained for 9 hours with roads flooding but rain didn't qualify. Not sure where they guage the rain but the storm was all over the news. Rain wind and king tides. Dont spend the money.

Look out for the roaches

This property looked good from afar but ended there. The check in process was easy and the location was ideal. However I noticed several of the walls were bulging and buckling from what appeared to be water damage. Further on day two we ran into a roach problem. There were several of various size. There were also quite a few spiders and ants. I contacted the property company whom the rental was through. Vacasa vaction rentals. Although the lady on the phone was sympathetic and polite she seemed more interested in any pictures I had the roaches. Further she stated that she would speak with a manger and I would be hearing back from her or another representative from Vacasa. I was at the location another 2 days and never received a response from anyone at Vacasa. I was not looking for anything more than a response and possible solution (pest control). I was able to find some raid and spent the next couple days killing things off to keep them away from family and dog. My suggestion is to stay away from the noisy oyster and stay further away from Vacasa vacation rentals.

Great home with two king beds!!! So rare to get! Also loved the location…. Beautiful home…. Supplied well .. only wish bc dishwasher is so small… maybe more supplies to wash them? Overall get vacation spot!

Fantastic Beach Get Away

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Noisy Oyster! The home is exactly as pictured. The décor is beautiful and no detail was spared. The kitchen had every accessory needed to cook and serve a meal which was needed as food establishments were few and far between. The house was super clean and the beds comfortable. There were beach chairs for us to use and the outdoor shower/hose were great. The beach was a short walk down the street and up a narrow path on a steep sand dune which could be difficult to climb if you have a lot to carry. There may be another way to the beach but we chose to go up and over the dune. The beach was quiet and peaceful. We did not go to the community pool as the beach was perfect for us. Check in and check out were super easy and we encountered no problems with the home whatsoever. Would highly recommend this home!
