2 Bedroom Lagoon Townhome with Awesome Lake Views!!

Lagoon sits near Lake Dillon in Frisco, close to the Summit County bike path. It is nicely furnished for those looking for a good place to relax after a long day of skiing or boarding the local resorts. Unit 736 D is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome on a 3 level floorplan, so your family and friends have plenty of room to spread out. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queensofa sleeper in the living area and two twin Aero beds. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, WiFi, gas grill, gas fireplace for those cold nights and a private garage so don't worry about clearing all that snow off your car - in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to go. Lagoon has a very nice clubhouse as well with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. In addition, the clubhouse has a tennis court (summer only).

Great Spot in Frisco

Great townhouse with easy access to Breckenridge and Keystone! Kitchen was well equipped with nearly everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Plus there is an attached garage with additional outside spots as needed. Garage is described as 2 spot tandem however there is really only room for one car with the front half being used for storage. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenience in FRISCO

Fully furnished kitchen with many extras. Comfortable living quarters. Many options for home entertainment. Having a garage for parking the car made us feel at home. Only draw back (but manageable) was 14 steps of stairs from garage to living quarters, and another 14 steps of stairs to sleeping quarters. Overall, great accommodations.
