Step inside to a stunning living room featuring a shiplap vaulted ceiling and a decorative fireplace (not for guest use), creating a bright and welcoming gathering space. The open dining area includes a table seating eight, plus four additional stools at the eat-in kitchen island, ideal for meals and conversation.
The fully updated kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a wall oven, and easy access to the back deck and side stairs, making indoor-outdoor living effortless and allowing you to enjoy the scenic golf course backdrop.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs. One features two queen beds with a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with king beds and twin XL trundles and share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
