Located in the cul-de-sac on Ocean Point Drive, this beautifully appointed home has something for everyone. Gorgeous golf course AND unmatched ocean views across the back make this a dream vacation spot. This premier home features coastal decor and boasts five bedrooms, four baths, and an outstanding view from the back deck. Walk in, and the first bedroom is immediately to the right, with a king bed and a hall bath next door. Farther on the right is another king bedroom with huge windows facing the ocean and a door leading to the deck. An en suite bath is just through the saloon doors and boasts a large, modern tub and a separate shower.



In the living room, you will enjoy the roomy sectional sofa and the open concept that puts you in the middle of the action. The kitchen has everything necessary for a family dinner or breakfast on the deck. Upstairs, three bedrooms provide sleeping areas for the entire group. At the top of the stairs, turn right to enter a king bedroom with an en suite bath. Straight ahead and to the left are two queen bedrooms connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Up to 11 guest cards are also included in your rental. These cards are required to access all Resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the resort site, as some hours are adjusted seasonally.



Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island offers a wide range of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, with bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
