Fully renovated and newly furnished for a comfortable, stylish stay. Enjoy a brand-new kitchen and new bathroom, classy design, a new hot tub, fire pit, and your own large fenced backyard. Large Cover deck!
The home sits on 14 beautiful shared acres with more than 1,500 feet of waterfront, riverside access, and mountainside trails to explore. The property is shared with three other vacation rentals, but each home has its own private fenced yard, giving guests space, privacy, and peaceful.
No parties inviting other people to house.

No unregistered and unpaid guests.

No pets in the hot tub. No Pets on the couches or bed without a blanket.

No food or beverages in the hot tub.

Please park near your house and not in others houses driveways.

If the cleaning team has to clean extra than normal or do extra work to remove odor from any rooms then there will be an extra cleaning fee. Smells like fish, spices, and we don`t allow smoking inside so if we have to remove smoke from a room there will be extra cleaning fee.
