Welcome to our holiday home on the North Sea.



Our comfortable 4-star house is located in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, in a quiet cul-de-sac about 300 meters from the water.



The fenced 700 sqm property features large lawns, trees, shrubs, and parking for two cars. Outside, you will find both west- and south-facing terraces, a large double swing, and a sandbox for our younger guests. Garden furniture, a beach chair, sun umbrella and loungers, as well as a barbecue, are also at your disposal. With our three in-house bicycles, you can easily explore the flat surroundings.



The fully tiled living area is 90 sqm. The living room offers a relaxation area with sofas, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with garden view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and Soda Stream. Additional amenities: Finnish sauna, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), smoke detectors, safe, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine. All windows have insect screens.



For a restful night, choose from three bedrooms: a large room with double bed (2m x 2m), a loggia with sunset view, and satellite TV; two further rooms with two single beds (2m x 1m) and a French bed (2m x 1.4m). Both newly renovated shower bathrooms offer ample storage and are each equipped with a hairdryer.
