New, cozy vacation rental in Fischbach, featuring a bedroom, living and dining area, and a modern kitchen with a sleeper sofa. TV and Wi-Fi available. Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Washing machine provided. Small terrace with seating.
Bedding is provided. You must bring your own towels!!

Less than 1 km to the beautiful Lake Constance with a quaint beer garden and a modern beach.
400 meters to the train station and even closer to the nearest bus stop.
Several bakeries, a small Edeka supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy, doctors’ offices, ATMs, restaurants, a bar, and much more are within walking distance.
Countless day trip destinations nearby (Friedrichshafen, including the trade fair; Ravensburger Spieleland; Pfänder; the thermal baths in Überlingen and Meersburg; Konstanz; etc.) The lake and mountains right on your doorstep :-)

Since it’s a new move-in, the terrace isn’t quite finished yet, but it’s already usable ;-)
It will be completed in September 2026 and, along with the driveway, is in the final stages :-D

Parking in front of the house is permitted for loading and unloading. After that, you can park on the side street.

This was the nicest stay I’ve ever had! Everything was pristinely cleaned, the bed was super comfortable with blackout blinds - I had the best rest. And the hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave great suggestions for sites to see ☺️ if I get the opportunity, I will stay here again.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und in der Nähe ist ein Bäcker und Supermarkt. Ansonsten kann man durch die Bodenseecard kostenlos mit Bus Bahn die Gegend erkunden. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterfamilie war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine modern, mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattete Wohnung, die genügend Platz für vier Personen bietet. Fußläufig sind der Bahnhof, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bus und der See zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert per WhatsApp/Handy erreichbar. Rundum: Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit am Bodensee.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großartig eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Sie liegt sehr nahe an einem Edeka und Bäcker. Zudem ist das Freibad und der Bodensee fussläufig erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist gut,, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
