Our vacation rental "In't Dörp" is centrally located in the resort town of Friedeburg and offers you every comfort to ensure your stay in a vacation rental truly feels like a vacation.

We’re also known as the “Gateway to the North Sea.” From our town, you can head in any direction to reach the coastal resorts, and the neighboring towns and cities with their attractions are also easily accessible.

What awaits you in our beautiful vacation apartment...
Our ground-floor apartment is located on the upper floor and features a balcony. Here, you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea in the sun. The balcony also serves as the entrance to your vacation home. The kitchen, like all the other living areas, is very spacious and has everything your heart desires. All you need to do is stock the refrigerator and freezer and cook for yourself. The dishwasher is included, as are a microwave, an air fryer with a grill function, and an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop. There’s also a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes. There’s also a De’Longhi coffee machine.
Need to do some laundry? No problem. A washer and dryer are available, as well as an ironing board and iron. And “Friedrich” (our robotic vacuum cleaner) will also help out if you’d like.
You’ll find bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer, as well as cleaning supplies and tools for the apartment.

In the beautiful living room, you can enjoy Sky channels, and you can access additional apps through your account. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Our vacation destination and its surroundings:
The town of Friedeburg features a forest and a natural outdoor swimming pool with an adjacent sports and recreation park.
The largest Leguano Barefoot Park is located right nearby.
From Friedeburg, you can explore plenty of nature by bike or on foot—along the Ems-Jade Canal toward Wilhelmshaven or through Wiesmoor into the fenlands. The Ammerland region is also known for its beautiful nature tours.
Our coastal resorts—Esens-Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel, and Carolinsiel-Harlesiel—are 30 km away. You can reach these towns via our county seat, Wittmund. From Friedeburg, the Bäderbus 311 runs regularly to Carolinsiel/Harlesiel, as do other public bus routes (see Edzards, Esens), with connections to the main train stations in Sande and Wittmund.
The East Frisian Islands offer a welcome change of pace and are always worth a day trip. Langeoog is accessible by ferry from Bensersiel, Spiekeroog from Neuharlingersiel, and Wangerooge from Harlesiel. All other East Frisian coastal towns and their islands are also easily accessible.
Wilhelmshaven, Aurich, Emden, Leer, Papenburg, Oldenburg, and Bremen are about 30 to 60 minutes away by car. The “flower town” of Wiesmoor and Jever are also worth a day trip.

We may not be right on the coast, but a vacation away from the tourist crowds can also be very pleasant and relaxing. Explore the surrounding area and enjoy the moment.
