Black Forest Loft in Freudenstadt

Welcome to your stylish retreat on Freudenstadt’s Kienberg—one of the city’s most beautiful and peaceful residential areas. This open-concept attic loft features 4-meter-high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, restored hardwood floors, and a large window wall overlooking a sprawling park. Here, nature, tranquility, and design meet modern comfort.

The approximately 50 m² loft features a spacious living and sleeping area with a cozy sitting area and a smart TV. The high-quality double bed (180 × 200 cm) features electrically adjustable headrests, built-in outlets, and bedside lamps. A second sleeping area on the loft, with a 120 × 200 cm bed, is accessible via a sliding library ladder—ideal for children or an additional adult.

The fully equipped designer kitchen by Bosch and Siemens, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, large dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, range hood, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, leaves nothing to be desired. The extendable dining table seats up to four people. For longer stays, an ergonomic solid-wood desk is available—a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece from the 1970s. A separate dressing room with a clothes rack, dresser, and storage space keeps everything organized.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, washer-dryer, lighted mirror, towels, soap, and shampoo. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and other everyday amenities are, of course, provided.

Private yet centrally located: The apartment features its own wooden deck with a small garden and seating area—ideal for breakfast in the fresh air or relaxing evenings. A reserved parking space is available on the adjacent property. From the loft, you can enjoy views of old trees, birds, and squirrels—yet it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Freudenstadt’s market square, with its restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. The Black Forest practically begins right at your doorstep—perfect for walkers, hikers, and mountain bikers.
