Property was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. Check in was a bit awkward. It was late but still well before they closed front desk. When we arrived the woman was not expecting us. She stayed in office behind front desk woking to get us a room. Finally came out to give us keys. Room was large and roomy. Lots of suggestive comments posted around room and hotel that were off-putting. I was traveling with my daughter.

Great manager - poor hotel

Some good things, and some bad things. Good things first: - Hotelmanager, Mr. Kohl, was terrific and helped in any way he could all the time. - The room was quite spacious and modern with a huge tv and nice beds. Bad things: - The hotel is ghost-like just out of a horror-movie. Almost no guests, and the bar wasn’t open - not even during the weekends - The outside area seems very rundown. Looks as if it hasn’t had maintenance for a couple of years. - Quite a long way from the citycentre. You absolutely need to have a car to stay here. - No restaurant, which isn’t so convenient, when the hotel is so far from everything.

The people who worked there were really friendly and also the breakfast was great. But the building it self and especially the garage/parkdeck, garden was not that nice. I also don't liked the design with the red/white and black and some of the Informations for example the floorprint in the elevator that sayed something like "nicht abstürzen" and showed the depth of the elevator. Probably a matter of tast but it wasn't mine 😅 The beds are gond but the shower had still two old knobs to adjust the heat and even if you found you temperature it changed all the time afterwards and pretty quick. The room was quite hot even if it wasn't that hot outside on that day so we kept the window fully open all night? At night (2:40 ) someone in the isle in front of our room was screaming for a long time. It was pretty creepy. I don't know if it was also some bad luck but this stay was definitely a little special.

Wie alle Dormero war auch dieses genial, netter Empfang mit Snack und Getränk und schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Da das Hotel am Stadtrand ist benötigt man ein Auto um on die Stadt zu kommen.

Die grosszügigen, renovierten Zimmer sind schön & modern eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten!!! Das Hotel liegt ansonsten sehr ruhig u. grenzt an einem Waldrand. Zum Zentum & Marktplatz Freudenstadt sind es (zu Fuss ca. 20-25 Min.) ca. 2 km. - Anreise mit Pkw allg. vorteilhaft.

Sensationell waren die beiden Menschen an der Rezeption (eine jüngere Frau und ein Mann). Diese verdienen eigentlich 6 Sterne. Dann hört es leider schon auf. Man kann das Hotel mit einem "Lost Place" betiteln. Löcher in der Aussenfassade, ausgebrannte Autos in der Tiefgarage, Wasserschäden im Fitnessraum, dortige Geräte defekt, Saunabereich zugestellt, Alarmknopf in der Sauna Fehlanzeige...! Ich könnte noch etliche Mängel aufzählen. Ich denke, dass dieses Hotel so nicht mehr lange existieren wird.
