Small house on quiet street a short distance from downtown Reedley. Nice laundry facilities with new equipment. Parking on street in front of house - a little traffic morning and afternoon due to nearby school but no problem. Fenced yard and park next door would be great for dog. Nice patio set for enjoying sun.

The house was very clean, neat, uncluttered and updated. We stayed several days, while visiting family and attending a funeral. The house was quiet and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for us in downtown Reedley. Also, it was really great to have the park located just across the alley, so when my niece dropped by with her toddler, they could go play in the park. The host was very responsive and helpful if we had questions. The house is a half block from Reedley’s Main Street (G Street), so it’s close to shops and restaurants. Also, we made use of the outdoor patio table and chairs to hang out with my nephew one afternoon. There’s a lawn too, which is nice. Everything is very well maintained. We would absolutely stay there again! We highly recommend it. Rebecca
