Decent due to fairly recent room remodels. No breakfast & office closed times I went to ask or get something. Pretty clean, comfy mattress, black out curtains. Small fridge & microwave in rooms. Pool closed for season.

About what you would expect. Clean, friendly staff. Fun area. Visited Morango caves-tour was great! Shout out to Patoka Lake Brewery! Great beer! Good views at the Idle Zone Restaurant. Also drove by the West Baden Springs hotel-beautiful!

They called two days before I was suppose to come and said my room Expedia set up wasn't even available. They put me in a room for $120. My bank account shows I've been charged $198. I called Expedia ahead of time and they said they would contact the hotel. The hotel said we'll make sure you don't get charged. How incompetent on both Expedia and the hotel. Rediculous. It better get corrected fast. Thank You
