Friendly/Polite staff ... the buildings looked atheistically updated. Unfortunately I witnessed numerous drug activities in the parking lot and there were vagrants hanging out. I understand the staff can't be help responsible for thise issues.

The room was ok but it was musty and the bathtub was old and dingy. When we turned the AC on cockroaches came out. We left immediately! I also either got bit or was having an allergic reaction to the roaches from laying on the bed.

I was assigned a non-smoking room, yet it smelled of cigarettes—which was terrible for my asthma—and there was trash in the hallways and parking lot. They really need to focus more on cleanliness, both in the rooms and throughout the entire property.

It is just so-so. I want to comment the WiFi connection is very bad, I talked to the staff and she said I don't know and looks like the guys don't have interest. I l]almost use my cell phone data. If you want to use laptop I don't want to recommend this hotel. If you have a chance to visit I hope this info is helpful to you.
