Terrible place. Had cockroaches in my room. Floors were extremely dirty and bathroom door looked like it had been water logged at some point in time. Multiple cars that seem like they could be abandoned on the property as well.

It was good for a good price. The only problem I had was the bathtub had rust spots in it. All over it, so when I took a shower, I had to put a towel down. Really wanted to take a bath, but couldn't. Otherwise, 5 stars
