Located 150 m from the Calanque des Louvans, this single-story villa is set on a wooded and fully fenced lot (access: 3 steps from the garden, 1 step from the terrace). First floor: A fully equipped, closed-off kitchen; a living room with access to the terrace (equipped with an awning); one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x190 single bed as a spare, one bedroom with a 160x200 queen-size bed, a large bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and double sink (+ a second separate toilet); accessed from outside, a separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a sink. Air conditioning in all rooms. Electric shutters. Wi-Fi. Baby equipment. Please note: the optional linens are disposable, not cloth sheets. Payment for the cleaning service is made on-site. During July and August, rentals run from Saturday to the following Saturday; fortnightly rentals are available for the first two weeks of August. Detached villa located 150 meters from the sea and 500 meters from downtown, fully renovated with a private, enclosed garden of 500 m². Parking is available on the property, and there is a garden shed for motorcycles, bicycles, and other items. Table and chairs on the patio, along with patio furniture. Charging electric cars is strictly prohibited (risk of the outlet melting, risk of fire).
