The villa is located in a residential area with electric gate. 50 meters away are a Contact Market and a bakery. You are 10 minutes from the sea by car. The villa is on three levels on the first floor are a toilet, an American kitchen, living room, dining room, a small pantry and a garage. On the first floor, you will find two master bedrooms with dressing room and shower room each and a separate toilet. On the top floor, two bedrooms with 2 large beds with a shower room and toilet. You have a private garden with heated swimming pool out of season with a summer kitchen. An outdoor shower, a bed to rest with 10 deckchairs, a Ping Pong table and garden furniture for evenings in summer. Two parking spaces with the villa
