Fully equipped 3-room family apartment of 70 m² + 10 m² terrace, located a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Fréjus.

The TGV train station and bus station are a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants, a cinema, grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc., are all within a 5-minute walk. As you can see, everything is within walking distance!
If you are arriving by car, you can park in the secure parking lot of the residence or outside the building.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and has air conditioning in the main room (plus fans in the bedrooms if needed).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zu zweit hatten wir auch viel Platz. Isabelle macht einen tollen Job.Aber: Passen Sie auf, die Wohnung hat kein Internet! Dass es so etwas heute noch gibt. Dann ist auch kein fester Parkplatz zugeteilt. Wenn die Besucherparkplätze voll sind, haben Sie Pech gehabt. Die Schränke und Schubladen in der Wohnung sind voll von Material und persönlichen Gegenständen der Besitzerin. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. In der Küche hat es viel zu viele Geräte, die man während den Ferien nicht braucht (aber kein Brotmesser). Auch schätzen wir es nicht, wenn (alte?) Lebensmittel vorhanden sind. Man bezahlt viel für die Wohnung, da sollte die Bettwäsche nicht noch extra kosten.

L appartement est juste parfait : très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien situé : je loue une semaine chaque année à fréjus depuis 6 ans, et c est le meilleur que j ai eu, j y retournerai l'an prochain sans hésiter !
