Agréable

Le logement est agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Par contre il faut prĂ©voir un coup de mĂ©nage car si les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires sont de crasseux il y aura forcĂ©ment des choses pas trĂšs propre. C'est un problĂšme de civisme. Il faut Ă©galement prĂ©voir l'achat de l'accĂšs Ă  la piscine. 50€ par adulte et 25€ par enfant pour la semaine.

A fuir hĂŽte de mauvaise foi. Annonce incomplĂšte ne mentionne pas les frais supplĂ©mentaires pour la piscine ( pour notre famille 415 euros), n'en parle a aucun moment lors de nos Ă©changes par contre me demande d'aller payer des frais de sĂ©jours a notre arrivĂ©e (qui ete inclus dans mon paiement avec abritel). Estime qu'il n'a pas a prĂ©ciser sur son annonce que la piscine est payante. N'a mĂȘme pas la politesse de nous contacter. Vacances gachĂ©s. joli mobil home propretĂ© et Ă©quipements a revoir

Piscine lectures plage visites et courses. Nettoyage du mobilhome Ă  l'arrivĂ©. MĂ©nage pas trĂšs net, des prĂ©dĂ©cesseurs. Vaisselles pas propres. Huile dans une poĂȘle. Emplacement calme.
