Situated on the second floor of a four-story apartment building, the property features a contemporary, airconditioned living space furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The property also enjoys an inviting balcony and an outdoor dining area that’s ideal for alfresco mealtimes or simply relaxing in the sun.

Location

The property is located in the historic town of Fréjus in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d\'Azur region of southeastern France. The local beach and seafront promenade is packed with cafés and restaurants is a minutes\' walk away and Vieux Port a 5-minute stroll.

Fréjus is known for its Roman heritage and vibrant cultural scene. History buffs can visit the Fréjus Amphitheatre (an 8-minute drive/20-minute walk) and the Aqueduct of Fréjus (a 7-minute walk) whilst those in search of culture can head to Chapelle Cocteau, decorated by the artist Jean Cocteau (a 13-minute drive).

The neighbouring town of St Raphael is just a 5-minute drive away and from the port here there is a regular ferry to St Tropez (a 1-hour voyage). Visitors can also explore the islands off the coast including; Ile de Porquerolles and Ile Sainte-Marguerite which make great day trips. Les Bateaux Bleus departs from the Quai Amiral Nomy (a 12-minute walk).

For the the best local ingredients there are 2 daily markets (mornings only) Marché Victor Hugo (a 10-minute walk) and the market in Place de la République (a 4-minute walk). There is also a fish market in Vieux Port every morning.

The closest international airports are Nice airport (NCE) a 45-minute drive to the east and Marseilles airport (MRS) is 1 hour 35-minute drove to the west. If you are arriving by train Saint-Raphael station is a 5-minute taxi ride from the property.
