When you open the front door, you’ll find, in the entryway, a door leading to:

You then enter the spacious, light-filled living area, where you’ll find:

- 1 sofa
- Opposite the sofa, a TV stand and storage unit ?
- 1 dining area with a table and 4 chairs ?️
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, washing machine, kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen and household utensils?

A sliding glass door, spanning the entire width of the studio, allows you—once opened—to enjoy both the interior and the outdoor terrace, which includes:
- A large outdoor table with 6 chairs ?
- 2 lounge chairs ?
- 1 electric awning (to be closed in case of wind) that provides shade if you wish ?️

The terrace is bordered by a fence covered with a hedge, preserving the occupants’ privacy without obstructing the splendid view of the sea.

Don’t worry—your keys are safely waiting for you in the key box located on the studio’s front door. You’ll receive the access code to the residence before your arrival, which will allow you to access the key box.

- Your GPS will easily guide you to the address provided.

If you’re arriving by train:
- The nearest train station is “Saint-Raphaël-Valescure” (Var) 83.
- Taxis are available, and the ride takes about 15 minutes.
- You can also ask your host for a private shuttle, which will take you to your destination.

If you’re arriving by plane ✈️:
- The nearest airport is “Nice Côte d’Azur ” (Alpes-Maritimes) 06.
- Once at the airport, you can easily reach the “Nice Ville” train station; the train will take you to the “Saint-Raphaël-Valescure” station in about 1 hour.
- You can then take a taxi to your destination.
- You can also ask your host for a private shuttle, which will take you to your destination.

3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of travelers may be submitted in writing to the Host at least 7 days before the arrival date.

4.1 Travelers agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
