Excellent séjour!

Bel appartement, très bien situé. Ascenseur et parking-garage sont un plus. Très belle vue sur le port de plaisance. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines très agréables. Un petit regret : la Wi-Fi est payante et trop chère à 6€/jour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines. L'aappartement est idéalement situé, magasins, restaurants, marché du dimanche, ...tout á proximité, la voiture au garage! Celui-ci est spacieux et facile d'accès.Que du positif! Je recommande certainement cette location.

Pourqoi seulement Trés bien

ayant régulièrement loué cet appartement depuis environ 2018 : 11 fois et toujours avec la note maximum, nous avons constaté au fil du temps une nette amélioration du confort du au propriétaires, mise a part en ce qui concerne le Frigo, par contre une légère dégradation des produits d'accueil à l'arrivée plus de produits ménager, maintenant nous n'avons droit qu'a "un rouleau de papier toilette d'où la note très bien au lieu d'excellent mais j'ai bon espoir de remettre excellent l'an prochain

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den Yachthafen. Da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren, war es auch nicht zu laut. Es war eher eine angenehme Geräuschkulisse. Alles war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Lediglich die Tiefgarage war ein kleines Abenteuer, da die Box doch sehr eng und leider immer wieder Wasser eingedrungen war. Ein leicht modriger Geruch war die Folge. Aber es hat den Urlaubsgenuss nur minimal getrübt.

Magnifique

Habitué à louer cet appartement depuis plusieurs années, je ne suis pas déçu au contraire, cette année une nouvelle SDB toute neuve et très fonctionnelle, douche à l'italienne (mieux que la baignoire), sinon le port est toujours là et la vue est magnifique, j'ai d'ailleurs réservé pour Juin 2025 Bravo aux propriétaires

Vacance au bord de la mer

Appartement très bien situé. Très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance et la mer. Après rénovation, une très belle salle de bains. Grand garage souterrain facile d'accès, même pour les grosses voitures. Supermarché tout près. À pied de la plage et du parc sportif Base Nature. Dommage que le logement soit occupé à partir du 21. Juin.

Toujours un plaisir

Habituer à louer cet appartement 2 fois par an "lorsqu'il est disponible à mes dates" la vue sur le port est magnifique et je ne pense pas que cela changera ⛵les restos sont sympa,la plage n'est pas loin, ce mois de Septembre un petit bémol : le réfrigérateur était complètement gelé partie congélateur et partie frigo, même après l'avoir décongelé il tourne 24/24 la note EDF va faire mal, a Septembre prochain

Eine schöne Wohnung, die ich gern wieder mieten würde. Küche hat alles: großen Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, 2x Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, viele Töpfe und Pfannen. WZ: geräumig, hell. TV nur mit französischen Programmen. Balkon überdacht und groß für Tisch und 4 Stühle. Sehr leise Klimaanlage in WZ und SZ. Beide Betten mit ordentlichen Matrazen, wir konnten gut schlafen. Im WZ fehlt ein Schrank. Abschliessbarer Platz in der Tiefgarage ist wichtig. Einfahrt ist sehr schmal

Superbe appartement

Accueil très sympa à l'agence , avion un petit soucis lors de notre arrivée avec l'assenceur qui était en panne mais a été rapidement réparé autrement très belle appartement fonctionnel très belle vue sur le port fréjus.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Super war, dass eine Garage beinhaltet ist. Die Aussicht ist echt toll über den schönen Hafen und es gab alles in in der Nähe, man musste nicht weit gehen. Auch die beiden Strände sind sehr schön. Wir werden wieder kommen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.
