This is an approximately 80 m² 3-room apartment that was newly renovated in September 2021. It features a balcony, is in a quiet location, and has direct access to the garden

The apartment has 3 rooms. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed. The living room has two sofa beds, each measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.
