The property enjoys access to the resort's private beach, and also Breeze restaurant with pool and day club (see photos!). This beautiful townhouse enables guests to relax in their own private space with private pool, while also taking advantage of the resort facilities.

This spacious property is accessed on the ground floor via a gated courtyard. The foyer leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Also on the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom with shower.

The living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining and open directly onto the lovely waterfront terrace and private swimming pool.

A staircase leads to the upper floor and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath and double sink. The master suite also enjoys a walk-in wardrobe and large covered balcony, accessed through grand French doors.
The upper floor also provides a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

The villa offers wonderful high ceilings and French windows to ensure plenty of natural ventilation from the trade winds, and is also fully air conditioned to provide additional cooling comfort.

There is parking at the property, and cars can be hired either for pickup at the airport, or dropped off to the property ready for arrival.
