We are conveniently located just minutes away from the Port Lucaya Marketplace, Golf Course, gas dock, grocery store, bars and restaurants. We are located less than 0.25 miles from the beach, this means in less than a 5 minute walk you can have sand between your toes. At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.
