Last time we got a hotel on this island we had to wait 12 hours for staff to get our room ready. While we waited all guests that arrived after us got rooms. Since I don’t have anything nice to say about that costal hotel, I will say this hotel was much cleaner, friendly staff, reasonably priced and as far as Freeport hotels go overall was awesome! Thank guys for showing us the full power of the Golden Rule

The facility and room was all in order with the hotel's 3 star rating, the on-site restaurant was good food and reasonably priced. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the in room air conditioner was just borderline. Not sure if actual sizing or simply needed maintenance, but it would take hours for each single degree it cooled the room. The room was set at 84 when I arrived so was day 2 before it reached my desired temp.
