Welcome to No Worries Beach House 🌊

As soon as you arrive at No Worries Beach House, you’ll be greeted by coastal charm and 100% unobstructed ocean views. Start your morning with coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise, then relax in the comfortable living room while enjoying the view—the ocean never gets old!

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating your family and friends. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed plus an additional queen bed, while the third bedroom features another queen-over-queen bunk bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms and includes a large shower.

For entertainment, the third bedroom has a Nintendo GameCube with games, perfect for kids and kids-at-heart. All TVs have Roku, allowing guests to sign into their favorite streaming services or enjoy Roku’s free programming.

You’ll also find children’s books and toys throughout the home, plus beach toys on the deck.

The shaded downstairs patio is the perfect spot to escape the sun while still enjoying the beach! Relax in the cool shade, listen to the waves, watch the kids play, or gather with family and friends after a day in the sand. With the beach just steps away and the ocean right in front of you, it’s an ideal place to hang out, enjoy a drink, or simply take in the view.

We provide beach towels for your stay. Because of the coastal winds, please bring them inside each evening so they don’t blow away!

A washer and dryer are located in the primary bedroom, along with a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

There is parking at the house and if you want to explore the island we can recommend golf cart rentals on the island to explore.

Surfside water is not drinkable or good for cooking. Please bring water to drink and cook with.

We have the house regularly treated by pest control but mosquitos are part of the coastal experience so be sure to bring some bug spray.

This house was absolutely perfect! The location, shaded sand play area for the kiddos, host communication, everything. No loading the vehicle up to go to the beach, just walk to it. We will be coming back!

Seashells, Sunsets, and Smiles

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our multigenerational family, plenty of space, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, right on the beach. We especially like the finished deck that set this house apart from the others nearby. Everyone from grandparents to grandkids had a great time. We’d absolutely stay here again!

No worries is right on

Definitely a "no worries" beach house. Our family enjoyed our stay. Home was cleaned, well furnished, very accommodating for a family of 6 both the ease of beach access to home as well as being right there on the pedestrian side of the beach helped make our stay amazing. Will be back again soon.

This is a gem of a property. The home was charming and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The beds were comfortable. This was all of our first time staying beachfront on pedestrian beach, and everyone agreed that the experience was amazing. Just one foot off the beautiful ground level deck and we were on the beach. We were able to sit under the shade on the deck and watch all our children play directly in front of us without the worries of cars driving by. We didn't not have room to pack a gazebo or beach chairs, and thankfully, we didn't need it. The proximity to the jetty made it a fun morning walk for everyone. We got to watch the ships coming in and spotted dolphins as well. During our stay, the water was cleaner, and the beach did not have seaweed and rocks everywhere. I don't think I could stay at any other Texas beach after being spoiled by staying here.
