Great long weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for our family group of 16. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone (and then some), a nice large living area, and we were very happy that there were TWO full size refrigerator/freezers! And the kids really loved the unique boat beds! Proximity to the beach was fantastic and there are several very good restaurants nearby. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion at Surfside. The house was a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beds. Adequate kitchen. Extra refrigerator was great. The outdoor shower was nice.

When We got there the house is on a nice location. House was clean with plenty of space for all of my family that stay with us. We only run into a little issue with water pressure dropping when two or more guest were tried to take a showers at the same time but over all We have a wonder time I will rent this place again.

Perfect for big reunions

The place was great! They hosted a group of 20 of us very comfortably. Plenty of beds for everyone with a fun pirate ship theme. Only issue we ran into was water pressure going out if you tried to use multiple bathrooms. Other than that, we had a blast and had a great visit!

amazing home

we stayed at this home for the 3rd year in a row and again it's an amazing home, clean comfortable with lots and lots of room and supplies in the the 4 clean bathrooms in the house. fully stocked kitchen and the best part is how close it is to the beach. The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to all of your questions.

Great location, plenty of room and love the wrap around porch

Rented it for my 50th birthday celebration. Enough room for about 30 people or more to be honest. Bunk beds in 3 bedrooms but some of them had queen mattresses. Equipped with all of the linens, towels and appliances. Short walk to beach and bar/grill. Great location. The only disappointment was pictures show an empty lot next door but it’s a new home construction being built. Tbh We would stay again

Poor service in all respects

Everything was messed up about this house. We had to wait at the door of the house as Host did not send code for the lock. Switches were loose and piping was in poorly maintained condition. BBQ stove was in filthy condition unusable. Corroded sink pipe broke for which we were penalized $300 (refundable deposit not returned) which will not cost $50 handyman job. Host never responds on time. Never recommend anyone to stay here.

Best birthday weekend!!

I celebrated my birthday this weekend and finally got to have everyone get together. This house was perfect for that! There is plenty of space for everyone to gather and sleep comfortably. It’s a quick walk to the beach and Zuhair was more than helpful throughout the process! Will be renting again :)

Renting was easy, got a response quickly. Some of the guest saw bed bugs , on them, first thought was fleas but was bed bugs, they took everything home tied up on bags tied tight, had problems with kitchen sink that was fixed quickly, very nice property manager

Came to Houston for a funeral. Decided on a beach house for 17 rather than hotel rooms. It was perfect. The owners snd PM were very easy to deal with. Customer service was outstanding. Thank all of you.
