Dolphin Views - On the beach!

Dolphin Views is an 2 bedroom one bath beach cottage right on the beach with amazing ocean views, you may even see dolphins!!

Take time out of city life and sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the views out to sea and watch for dolphins playing in the ocean.

With just a few steps to the beach this home is ideal for family's and fishermen alike.

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen - comfy queen bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area. With a full bathroom including a shower.

We can comfortably accommodate couples and small families.

Bed linens and towels are provided. A large washer and dryer are available to use

Watch the sunrise and sunsets from our large deck which looks out onto the beach and enjoy a homemade BBQ on our Old Smokey BBQ grill.

Pets welcome with prior approval and paid non refundable pet fee $100 *no puppies under 1yr*

*** Surfside city water is not potable but we have a whole house filter. It is safe to bathe in and for laundry. Please bring own drinking water.

Please Note:

Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of guests including day visitors allowed on the property at any time.

All those guests staying at the property must be on the reservation. No Third Party bookings; the person booking need to be staying for the duration of the stay

***** Parking is on a nearby street not under or next to the house. ****** Pack light you will need to carry your bags/food to the house over sand approx 50ft. You can also park in front of the house on the beach and unload (you’ll need to purchase a $30/yearly beach pass. Please note the beach does get busy on holiday weekends so access maybe difficult .

Please note surfside city water is not potable, we do have an under the sink reverse osmosis unit to provide drinkable water or bring you can bring own. We also have a while house filter so safe to bathe, wash teeth and dishes with.

Hurricane/storm Policy - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against the unexpected including Hurricane/storms and COVID and any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be issues outside of our cancellation policy, date changes are also not possible.

Property does have a camera looking at the bottom of the stairs and a camera located under the deck at the front looking at the Beach. Both have motion detectors and record.
