The windows were painted shut. When I opened the door I immediately smelled something not pleasant. I heard noises in the walls noisy hiway. I paid for the night but left within the hour. I couldn’t sleep in that room.

The heater was clunky and turned off and on all night with loud noises. The hot water in the shower was not working, he did come over and fix it, but insinuated that we had broken it, when in fact we had just walked into the room a few minutes earlier and noted that the hot water knob just turned in circles. Also, the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed properly and there was no mattress pad.

This was a very good stay at an incredible price. The room was large with a small kitchen. Every cabin had their own parking spot. The grounds were very nice. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars would being able to get fresh air in the cabin. Lots of windows, but none of them opened.

It was a fun trip back in time. The bed was good, shower was hot and the price was reasonable. It was better than the Days Inn in Kanab. Cleaner too. I’d stay here again.

Run away from this place, there was a layer of dust on everything, dead bugs everywhere, dirty blanket as bed cover, everything was filthy and it smelled musty. Horrible experience and wouldn’t issue a refund. Worst ever.

Wonderful Surprise!

This place was a pleasant surprise. Very affordable. Wonderful service. Everybody was really nice. We arrived late, and the host walked me to our cabin to show me where it was located, and also our parking spot. Definitely recommend!

Old and dirt place

Very old, very dirty. The drawers and floors had food crumbs in it. The bed sheets and towels had pubes. I stayed one night of the 4 I booked and I left to go stay somewhere else

Quaint Cabin

Having a second room for the second bed was nice for privacy on a long road trip with a friend. It’s an older property, so it’s a little run down but pretty maintained. Took me a couple minutes to figure out how to turn on the shower, but then I found the handle by the shower head. Quiet property off the main road. Great for looking at stars. Short drive into Kanab Utah for food & shops.

Much better than we expected. Facilities are old fashioned but solid and all working good. AC is strong. I like that there is dedicated laundry and dinning room. Also the lawn is well maintained.

We chose to stay here in order to go to the North Rim and based off pictures and price this seemed to be a reasonable option. Do NOT stay here! Especially alone! Here are our concerns: 1. Safety-Owners chose to put two women in a cabin with no deadbolt lock, and a bathroom that had an additional door that locked from the office side, meaning we could not access the lock. We felt unsafe being in the bathroom and chose not to shower out of fear. When entering the room and we felt so unsafe we considered spending hundreds of dollars to find a new place to stay but we had very little options so we chose to stay. 2. Cleanliness- Room smelled like mold and cat pee. Outside the room were old mattresses and old cigarette butts. Shower looked gross too. 3. False Advertising- Site claims to be in a national park and it is not. Site claimed rooms had kitchenette, yet there was only a microwave and mini fridge. There was also random sugar in a Tupperware container for the coffee.
