Additionally, there's a large sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.



The living room is the perfect base for cozy evenings with card games and snacks. The brand-new Morsø wood-burning stove provides warmth and ambiance on cooler days. For added comfort, secondary glazing has been installed in both the living room and one of the bedrooms.



Outside, a fantastic outdoor area awaits where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. On the house's lovely terraces, equipped with garden furniture and a grill, you can relax and enjoy long summer evenings. One of the terraces offers shade – perfect for relaxation – while children can run directly into the large, lush garden with a swing and plenty of space to play. There are also football goals and a croquet set available for fun outdoor activities.



Three bicycles are available for unforgettable trips to the nearby beaches, Stængehus Strand and Liseleje Strand, both among Denmark's most beautiful. The property is located in a quiet and scenic area in Halsnæs Municipality, close to the charming town of Frederiksværk. The address combines peaceful surroundings with proximity to urban life, making it ideal for both permanent residents and holidaymakers seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience.



The area offers rich nature experiences with short distances to Vinderød Forest and Arresø – Denmark's largest lake – where you can go hiking, cycling, and birdwatching. Roskilde Fjord is also within reach and invites activities such as sailing and fishing, making the area perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
