The manager was off premises once we arrived n office locked. Not what we wanted after a long day of driving. 2 guests waiting in the cold so I called number posted n he arrived in roughly under 10 minutes. Sorta rude but I overlooked it. When we tried getting into room, keys didn’t work. I went to him for help n said they should work well they didn’t. He said give me a few minutes while wife waiting on balcony of room. He arrives n he can’t get in room. Didn’t bring master key so we’re waiting in cold again waiting on him. After roughly 15 minutes or so we finally get inside room. The morning manager was very polite n welcomed everyone while taking care of breakfast area. She was a ray of sunshine!

The place was overall clean and good. Friendly staff. However; the walls were super thin and you could hear everything from next door. The pipes need to be replaced because we could even hear that. The mattresses also need to be replaced.

The bathroom was too small. The tub was stained and looked dirty. The shower curtain and the rod had been broken more than twice by the wall bracket. The curtain would slide to the middle causing the floor to get very wet. The flood and side tube molding was coming unsealed. The shower scilicon was cracking along the tube and shower walls. There was mold growing in the corner of the upper areas of the shower. Also the sheet rock tape was coming off in the bathroom. The room smelled musty as if carpet were wet and not dried properly.
