The cabin is cute and in a great location for the wineries. The bathroom is large with a spacious shower; however, there were ants in the shower and the bathroom floor had laminate floor that was loose or coming up. It’s not a big deal but the door needed a new battery and kept flashing all night. It was nice to sit on the porch swing and watch the turtle in the pond. The walking trail was nice going back to the river but be sure to wear pants and close-toed shoes as there are a lot of stickers. There is no office to check into.. all your access codes are emailed to you so make sure you have those ready for the gated entry and cabin door.

We really enjoyed the location and the tranquility of the small resort. The cottage was uniquely designed, clean and overall very comfy feeling. However, there was som derelict maintenance in the bathroom, and there was a very noticeable wet and soft spot in the bathroom floor next to the shower. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and really enoyed our stay.
