With a king bedroom, an open upstairs loft with two single beds, and space for up to 4 guests, it’s a welcoming retreat for couples, families, or friends. Little Zentral Haus pairs modern interiors with Hill Country details across two levels. Large windows brighten the double-height living room, where comfortable seating and an electric fireplace invite you to settle in after exploring Fredericksburg.

The guesthouse accommodates up to 4 guests in two sleeping areas:
• Main level: A private bedroom with a king bed, premium linens, and clothing storage.
• Upper level: An open loft with two single beds, reached by an interior staircase. The loft has an open half-wall overlooking the living area rather than the privacy of an enclosed second bedroom.
• Main-level bathroom: A modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries.

Prepare breakfast in the sleek kitchen, gather around the four-person dining table, or take your meal outdoors. White cabinetry, a patterned backsplash, and an island with stools give the kitchen an inviting feel.

Amenities for a comfortable stay include:
• Full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes.
• Coffee maker and coffee, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses.
• Roku Smart TV, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection.
• Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, and an indoor electric fireplace.
• Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, and an iron.

Enter using the gravel driveway on the right side of the house. Designated free parking is marked by Little-Z Haus signs on the fence.

Another vacation rental, Big-Z Haus, is on the property. The driveway is shared; no other guest spaces are shared.

This property is a licensed short-term rental through the City of Fredericksburg: License No. #8056001408.

A laundromat is nearby but not available in Little Zentral Haus. If you’re traveling with a larger group, there is an option to rent the entire property, including both vacation rental units. Contact Jim and Courtney for details.

To ensure a peaceful neighborhood stay, we strictly enforce local city ordinances, including quiet hours after 10 PM and a 2-vehicle maximum parking limit.

**Please note there is another vacation rental unit on the property. The parking space is on the side of the main house (Big Zentral Haus). No other spaces are shared, so you will have designated parking and a private entrance and patio. The property was designed to provide seclusion and privacy as you`ll note in the detailed photos. There is an option to rent the entire property (2 units) if desired called Zentral Haus.
