Kelly's Creekside offer the best Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four private suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offer four different suites, each with its own personality. Sandy's Serenity is the large, luxurious 1400 square foot suite in the main house boasting walls of windows and views to die for. Sandy's also includes a full living room and dining area, a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer/dryer, ice maker, a twin roll-way and more. The suite offers a king size bedroom with beautiful linens and a private balcony just off the master bedroom plus a second bedroom with a Queen size bed. Sandy's Serenity is definitely the jewel in the crown of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Erin's Escape, Sarah's Secret, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven, as an alternative to a hotel in Fredericksburg.

1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. A short walk to main street and a beautiful view of the creek to watch the deer come in to eat. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We will definitely be back. Communication was great, it was very clean and check in and check out was awesome!

From the lovely decor to the wonderful amenities everything was wonderful. It is a spacious house with a beautiful master with room to spread out and a cute little extra bedroom. Any issue was dealt with immediately and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and location central. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

This was the perfect place! It was cute, clean and you can't beat the location! Easy walm to main street whe we enjoyed the Christmas lights, the shoppi g and tge food. Sandy's Serenity is an amazing value and quite frankly a steal at its current rate. Right in the heart of Fredericksburg. So many restaurants and activities are within walking distance. It backs up to a creek where deer leap buy while you're drinking your coffee. Would come back again!

Spacious and Beautiful Cottage Walking Distance to Downtown

It's amazing how close this pretty cottage was to the shops, restaurants and wine bars in downtown Fredericksburg and yet felt serene and removed from the busy-ness. A 3-5 minute walk put you in the heart of everything. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all of the necessities. Loved the hot tub! The sitting area in the primary bedroom provided a view of a little creek and we saw deer our last night. It was a perfect stay and we'll be back!
