Great customer service! Our first room had a noisy tenant above us. They allowed us to move into a different room. We enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. They had a lot of options.

Was a nice stay able to walk to Christmas lights and dinner. Was about 55 degrees. Tried to use hot tub and wasn’t very warm probably about 75 degrees. Was kind of a bummer. slides looked fun for kids but weather was little cold to use.

The staff was very rude to me for the simple fact I booked through a 3rd party (EXPEDIA). Denied 3 simple requests and said “next time book through us and we’ll be able to accommodate you”. Ridiculous
