The room was fine, but the parking lot had not been plowed. It was hard to park much less walk to the hotel. Very icy and slippery. Really unacceptable.

The room size and amenities were awesome. We will overlook that the television didn’t work. Everything else was wonderful, best bed pillows ever! Breakfast was pretty awesome, too. Now, this was not five star dining but pretty great for a Holiday Inn!!

I would stay here each and every time I visit Fredericksburg. Everyone was SO kind. They made fresh cookies everyday. They were courteous and everything was clean. The pool was heated and clean. I have zero complaints!

There was no hot water and the owners are aware that they need to fix the plumbing. No compensation was given. We we continually lied to and were late to my grandmother’s funeral because we did not have hot water to showe.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and available. Was close to venue that we were going to...performing arts center. I liked that they cleaned our room daily and replenished towels daily as some hotels dont now.

I had paid to stay there for three nights, but I was late, and i was not able to stay there the first night. When I showed up to get my next two nights, they had canceled my reservation and they kept my money and would not give me a room. If Hotels.com does not make this right then I’m going to cancel my account with you. I paid for the room for three nights, and whether I slept there the first night or not is there irrelevant. You can’t have it both ways. You can’t both keep my money in at the same time not give me my room. It’s one or the other. But not both. I’m very angry and I’m very dissatisfied with my service from Hotels.com. You have the ability to go to fight for me and to force that hotel to refund my last two nights or to give me my room and you’re not doing that. It is totally unacceptable.
