The spacious front porch over looks our peach trees and our sheep barn.
Our private access to the Pedernales River is only 200 yards away. This riverbank area is shared with other guests. We have a canoe, kayaks, picnic tables and BBQ pits ready for you to enjoy under the shaded pecan and oak trees.
We are private, yet close enough for UberEats deliveries!

This property was one of the best stays I have had on Vrbo. The place was very clean and seeing the sheep was a lot of fun. It was also only a 10 minute drive into town so everything was easily accessible. Highly recommend!

This was a really nice place to stay. It was so fun being around and petting the sheep and lambs. Out in the country but still close to Fredericksburg. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. We will definitely plan to go back!
