Overall, our experience was very good. The Keurig coffee maker was broken and the refrigerator seemed to have a minor problem and the bathroom exhaust fan would get extremely loud after about 3 minutes. These things were not the “end of the world” for us but we thought it important to inform front desk and they still made it right by us. Things do break but it seems that your establishments will always meet us halfway and that’s why we keep coming back. We almost exclusively use your hotels unless there isn’t one where we are. While I regret that I’ve forgotten the front desk man’s name, he was way above par, he exceeded every expectation we may have had. I hope u can determine who it was and do something positive for him, please.

We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. We had 3 bath towels for 2 adults so the 2nd day we needed 1 more towel but, the front desk waived the charge for another towel because we weren't told at check in about servicing the room. Also, parking charge was $5.00 per day. Rip off when other Hilton properties do not do this. Next Visit we shall stay elsewhere.

The hotel's a little dated. The carpet in our room was ripped. Upon arriving, the air conditioner cover was unattached on the floor. They charge $5 for parking. This is a suburban hotel with plenty of parking - a surplus of spots for all the guests but they still charge you $5. When they checked us in at the front desk they told us they upgraded our room which turned out to be untrue.
