In addition, this home has the perfect location. It is nestled on a quiet street just 2 blocks from downtown and all Fredericksburg has to offer!

Inside the home you will find a queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bath, and 2 additional king & queen size bedrooms with a full shared bath. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room, bringing the total occupancy to 7. The bedrooms all feature flatscreen TVs, spacious closets, and plenty of designer touches to make you feel right at home!

The main living area is a bright, spacious open-concept with a large living room completed by a flatscreen TV and wood-burning fireplace, a dining table for 8, and a full kitchen with all new appliances (plus additional breakfast bar seating)! In the kitchen you will also find a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot, making this home ideal for breakfast aficionados and the discerning coffee drinker. Also in the home is a laundry room with full size machines, exclusively for guest use, meant to provide an extra level of convenience and comfort!

Outside, you will find a large, sunny porch with a private hot tub and plenty of seating for your whole group. Also around the firepit are traditional wood log benches, reminiscent of camping trips with the family and s'mores around the campfire! The front porch also features two oversized rocking chairs, ideal for peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
