This home is in the middle of Nature and you may see critters like Scorpions, Wasps, Bees, and Black Widow Spiders. Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. We have quarterly pest control and monthly in the summer. No refunds if you encounter pests. You get to exterminate or liberate any pests you see.

100 acres to wander. Petting zoo is assessable by the huge oak tree near the wooden house. Go to the local Tractor Supply Store for goat snacks, horse snacks and cattle cubes. We also have snacks for the animals for $20. It’s cheaper at the Tractor Supply store. The animals roam around and are friendly.

Rent our EZ-Go Golf Cart to enjoy our Hill Country views. $75 a day. Includes charger.


Early check in fees are $20 per hour. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. Late checkout fees are $20 per hour. Request in advance.
